"Had by far one of the worst experience with a banker here. Had my card blocked from zelle transactions and went to the branch to have it fixed. However, a middle aged lady was giving attitudes. Even more, she somehow went on to literally cut my card and told me to come back tomorrow to get a new one. When I went to the other branch on 3rd ave today, the banker was super nice and gave me a new card. But he told me that it was completely unnecessary to destroy my card. Either fix your attitude or get better at you job, please."
"Be prepared to wait over 45 minutes for a notary. Seriously. First come first serve is nice when you know who is in line, but when it's a rush, its a messy crowd of customers waiting to jump in line with no order. Don't come to this one."
