"I have called at least 6x now to reach Jennifer and she has failed to follow up with me about changing my account from chase private client because they keep charging me $35/month service fees. I don't even know how Jennifer became my account manager. I've never spoken with her, never agreed to have her manage my account, and quite frankly she never reached out once about "managing" my account. Do yourselves a favor and follow up with your "clients.""

"Do not do business with them. They are dishonest and will mislead you. I have been a costumers for years and was reluctant to get a loan from them. If you work with Jenny do not trust anything she does. I have worked with her for months on a loan just to find out she misrepresented the information. I have multiple times spoke to her and her team about the type of loan I’m interested in and they smile in your face and reassure you that everything is going to be right and in the last minute will give you sign different paper work than what was promised. Once you signed with them they will not be there for you. They just out to get you. Really bad costumer service and incompetent."

"We booked an appointment to open an account and when we arrived we were told the bank teller is not here for the week. Why wasn’t I informed beforehand? We waited 2 weeks for this."

"The ATMs are broken a lot, especially on the weekend. Friday afternoon the one inside was broken too. All weekend long. Only 1 ATM in the lobby was working. Unacceptable. Plus they closed other branches in the neighborhood so its the only one now."

"I understand that this branch was not rated well. Well my opinion, I find them to be one of the best near me. I’ve visited the Queens Blvd branch in Elmhurst and never happy with their service. For one, their ATM machines located in the lobby always have something wrong. I inserted my card on 2 separate occasions where my card took almost 3 minutes to cancel and release after then telling me the machine is down. Knocking on the door because it had not opened yet, I was told to wait until the bank opens. Nooooo, go to the back and reset, and release me card. I was not happy with response of a suites Asian gentleman. Therefore, I will continue to visit the Rego Park location. The tellers are pleasant, and take their time if you need to ask a question.
