"Went in today 10 minutes before closing, talked to the banker inside Kitty Chen's cubicle, she didn't have her name tag on, and I forgot to ask for her business card. We wanted to get some service done, the banker refused and offered us to schedule an appointment. I told her we don't live in the neighborhood, and that we are CPC, and wanted to submit our signatures for a new joint account that was already opened. After being a Chase customer for 15 years, this is the first time I felt unwelcome by Chase employee. My account's joint owner told me it would only take 5 minutes to complete the signature process, but obviously she cared more about getting off on time, which is not what I expected from a Chase employee. The reason she got two stars is because she offered an appointment."
