"This morning I attempted to deposit a business check into a business account, both chase accounts. The store manager kept arguing that the check is not in the system only to find out after wasting 40 minutes of my time and her speaking with her supervisor that its OK to override that alert and process the check into my business checking account. I asked her to explain what the issue was and she could not give me a straight answer. I am very disappointed with the service and the lack of leadership at this location!"
