"HSBC at 80 8th avenue has the rudest and most ill mannered manager at the moment. I was a customer for over 20 years and had to close my accounts because Denise and her boss (who chomped on an orange while demanding to know why I was transferring funds out of my account) are so in need of customer service training that any interaction with them is reduced to school marms pulling up an unruly student. Banking is a service- I do not require an interrogation, rudeness or sniffling when I want to conduct business."
