"I have had fantastic customer service in the past from Aaliyah And Sabina I’m not sure if they work here anymore. Each time over the last year, I’ve asked for either one when I go in, I’m told they aren’t there. Even though the other reps always ask how they can help, it’s not with any kind of genuineness. I called a few times as well and no one seems to really want to assist. You’re made to feel they want to pass you on, conversation is rushed so they can hang up. There is an overall poor attitude and low morale here and it’s apparent the minute you walk in. No one even looks up or speaks to you. I’ve been with Chase over 20 years and this is one of the least customer oriented locations."
"I went in to request assistance. They were not only unhelpful, but rude and condescending. I’ve never been treated worse by “customer service” than I have today by Chase. They act like they are doing you a favor by attempting to help you, when that is actually their job. You guys need more than sensitivity training, you need downright human training."

I needed to do a wire transfer and he had the nerve to tell me to do it on the app,because it was sat and they were short staff. They really need to have people that are helpful not useless. We were 10 min late and made us wait 20 min for a new banker who was wonderful and still was able to finish before the end of our original appointment time with Thomas. Even though she was just transferred that day, had trouble signing in on 2 computers."
"Several days ago I went to this Chase Branch for a transaction related to Government tax issue. The staffs helped me with all they can and finally the issue has been resolved. Thanks to great efforts from Kim Elizabeth, and the managers Simon and Rob."
