"worse teller experience, extremy hard to get money out. I bring my id my card my pin, I log in to my online banking, it’s four security method that I can proof I am myself. While still they say I cannot get my cashier check becase i cannot sign on the way they want. I ask for manger to get involved, they said manager will be there in a hour. Excuse me, how could you open the branch without manager in there. It’s against bank rule. They have the person to override the transaction, but they dont want to do it. Remember, the mid-age Asian teller, he is the head teller. He has the authority to override transation within 200k-400k. They lie to me, says I have to wait for a manager, which I have no problem. But an hour? U seriously think my time is not valuable than your manager’s time? If I work there, I will put the phone right away to let my manager know the satuation instead of saying you need to wait one hour."

"Poor customer service. I have four bank accounts here including A Business account since 2012. They do have a notary on staff that notorized papers for me before. Today when I came in , they lied to me that they don't have a notary. He was there behind the window though. I know you guys hate to help us but after so many years and multiple accounts , the least you can do is say the truth that you don't want him doing it. It's not easy to find a notary at 9am in this neighborhood."
