Nothing solved in person, point you to call customer service to wait for hours and them to say the local branch should be able to solve your issues and they can't help over the phone. Chase has zero customer service and is a terrible option for any small business or personal banking needs."

The teller didn’t give me a hard time he just exchange the money for me. "Customer service is lacking. They're perfectly happy taking an exorbitant fee of $3 to use their ATMs, but their tellers won't give me change in the denominations I want because of "policy." Not sure exactly what kind of policy it is for a bank not to provide change, but I'll be going elsewhere from now on."
