"If I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service at this branch is horrible and avoid at all costs. I went in around 9:45 to get CD info. I went to a bank teller first and they directed me to speak to one of the bank specialists at the desks. I walked over and saw 4 specialists. I was standing not far from one and NO ONE looked up, even as I tried to get their attention and said, ¨Excuse me.¨ The employee at the furthest desk looked up, just stared, and then made a face at one of the tellers. I was literally the ONLY customer at the bank. I turned to walk out and only then one of the tellers called out behind the plexiglass to have a seat. I looked at past reviews and it is apparent nothing has changed. This branch is still trash. The W. 29th St and 7th Ave. branch had great employees. Head over there."

"this is the WORST bank in the NYC metro area- it closes at 1??? AND it NEVER answers the phone- forget it if you need anything notarized on time. Just called your customer service #- and she couldn't get her own bank on the line- check out 23rd St NYC- Do some quality control!"

"I dont remember her name and i dont mean sound racist, the only way i can do is to describe her to you all. so went there and tried signing up for CD. I waited about 10 mins for anyone to help me out then she came to me looking like she doesnt wanna get bother. She asked me so many question in regard if i live in the city or if i have any statement. Then i said i have a bank statement send at home. All she was doing was pushing me to go home and not help. i told her i have a bank statement online. Then she sounded mad when i have everything online. This places people are so rude and does not want to any Their customer."
