"I felt like I was treated very badly at this branch. I came for a very specific reason. To cash in my rolled coins and to get multiple documents notarized. I asked the teller about both things and he told me that other staff would have to help me with notarizing documents and that this branch didn't take coins, even though before coming, I made sure on the website that this specific branch took coins. He referred me to someone named David who said I'd have to make an appointment for the notary, which was entirely understandable and reasonable. But I then preceded to ask David, did they in fact take coins. He said of course they did, took me back to the window and explicitly told the teller to take my coins. I felt as though they both acted quite odd, as David also made sure to say, upon making an appointment, be sure to get one in YOUR neighborhood. I didn't like the emphasis because I was in a branch in Chinatown. It made me feel very unwelcome and discriminated against. I came into the neighborhood specifically because they had some of the best online reviews for professionalism and customer service. But I'm guessing it's only when they serve the persons that dwell in this area. I will never give back to this branch. The feeling of unease was upsetting and I never have been treated at any bank in this way"
