"Do not bother. This branch no longer has a 24 atm. Banking employees are rotated in and out. After thinking that i had a banker that i could count on she was sent elsewhere. Where is Monica? The new people are useless. It is no wonder that Chase continues to close branches. Where is the customer service. Unless you are a famous actor taking a class across the street at Alvin Ailey you will be taken care of in a subpar manner."
"Went to withdraw $40 last night and it did the transaction but my money didn't come out. The security guard said that ATM only gives $100 so I canceled my transaction and left. At which point my girlfriend said just zelle her the money. I didn't even think.of that! When I get home try to zelle her the money I had no access to zelle and they took out $40 from my account. It never came out the machine! If it only dispenses $100 it should be noted somewhere!"
"As others have mentioned, the ATM isn't available 24/7. I had to pay a ton of extra money in fees just because this wasn't open. Pretty disappointing..."

"The card reader for the door lock for the ATM doesn't work, and hasn't worked for at least 3 weeks. And while It's entertaining to watch person after person swipe their card and tug on the door, If you're actually looking to get out cash beyond business hours, don't waste your time with this location."
