"Friday (6-14-19). I entered this location and I approached the teller Janyl Ramirez. Ms. Janyl Ramirez started counting the money manually two to three times in front of me. After 7 to 10 minutes, I asked her if the machines were slow? She replied "No. I am slow". I have been a chase customer for over 15 years. This has to be the worst customer service I ever experienced. I returned back later and I spoke to Nuela Stermasi, the Vice President of this branch. She told me the teller is new and will follow up on training."
