"Interacting with the tellers here is a more robotic experience than using an ATM. I went in to withdraw an amount larger than the ATM would allow and the teller couldn't even use full sentences when talking to me. The entirety of her exchange was her mumbling "Card. How much? Confirm. Confirm. Email or paper receipt?" while making me feel like I was annoying her just by being there. I don't need the red carpet treatment, I get that's it's just a job but a "hello" or a "please" or maybe even just a few multiword sentences would've been nice. Not sure why I'd consider BoA for any of my larger banking needs when they make me feel so unwelcome for the small stuff."
