"I tried to speak to someone in regards opening a credit card i was told they had no one available to help me apparently they were all booked meanwhile bank was empty and they had 10 employees sitting in their cubicles drinking coffee. Very unprofessional maybe i should switch to another bank where they treat their private clients better. This was unacceptable."

"Redesigned with only 2 bank tellers. Long wait lines that are not ideal. Steinway is one of the busiest streets in Astoria so I don’t see how this design makes sense for one of the largest banks in the USA."
