"Very bad customer service and had the worst banking experience EVER with Kent Wang! I have been with Chase for 10+ years and I can’t believe there’s such ridiculous customer service/manner. My friend and I went to the branch to meet Kent. First, he opened my friend’s account with incorrect SSN which causes a delay in the credit card application. Secondly, we specifically asked for new customer bonus when we were in the branch with Kent. He did not mention about requesting the coupon code online and made my friend missed out on the bonus we specifically asked for. This is ridiculous and upsetting both the old and the new customers! The employee should be re-train and understand better about his job. I understand human made mistakes and I’m not blaming Kent for being careless. However, Kent would not admit or feel sorry to any of his faults just like he does NOT care. Definitely switching out of Chase after this experience!"
"Let’s talk about judging a book by its cover without knowing the inside. My boyfriend came to this location for a cashiers check for hood business. Two associates there one Asian & One Indian both decided to question him multiple times about the another of money he wanted in the check and also provided poor customer service. No information was provided although he wanted to also open a business account soo we went to a Chase that would appreciate our business. I will be calling corporate As well as the branch manager. I’m sure if it was another customer who was white, Asian or Indian they would have received the best customer service. The crazy thing is this chase is located in the neighborhood I live in. Please do better in 2022"
