Apple Bank

"I moved to this branch because at the E84 st 1st ave I was grossly insulted several times by the inferior service totally unacceptable in any bank branch (can document). Especially one lady (not teller) tries to treat customers, especially seniors, as already brain dead, telling a customer to sign here and there under "x" without any explanations. The lack of professionalism is masking by trying to impress customers by her appearance, being decorated by massive tacky jewelry and hardly walking in the super tall shoes. She should upgrade her skills (if any) or move to somewhere else, Target is now hiring. I was very pleasantly surprised to find another Apple bank branch, 20 blocks down, with the most dynamic professional, helpful and pleasant staff and the manager in this branch is somebody to be admired most. You can just enter the E 64 and 1st ave branch and somebody is already ready to help you, while the above lady would set an appointment not in less than 2 weeks ahead! Ta Ti"

"There is slim pickings as far as small banking goes in the UES. At this branch service is terrible. I opened a business and savings account. In both instances they have forgotten to tell me major information like about essential items that would be provided (checks, ink stamp, etc), that essential items would be mailed or could be delivered to branch, forgotten to set up Pins, forgotten to tell me I have an option to get a card for ATM banking. So very unprofessional here. Best advise I can give prospective clients is to do your own research so you can tell them what to do and ask the right questions. This is exactly why people bank big. The quality of small banking is so inferior. I worked with the Junior Manager on both instances. Terrible, like "I hate my job" attitude, just goes through the motions."
