"Horrible branch. Lines out the door and only 1 teller. 3 people telling you to use the ATM. So disappointing. Took 1/2 hr to make a withdrawal. (more than I could have gotten from the ATM). NOT the first time I've experienced this here. Lexington Ave branch is AWESOME!!!"
"If there were a ranking for zero stars, that would be appropriate for this branch. The most unhelpful employees of Chase bank. It’s worth walking a few blocks to get to a different Chase branch."
"I went in with a few questions/concerns regarding fraud on my account. Their worker Sharon was very efficient and a pleasure to work with. She checked all the boxes when helping me during this anxious time. Right from the start, I barely had to wait on line before she brought me to her desk to sort everything out. Thank you Sharon and Chase Bank!"
"I visited on a weekday, late afternoon. I signed in and sat down and waited to speak to a personal banker. Within 10 minutes, 2 other guest came in and did the same thing. Neither of us was greeted. I decided to go look for help... Unfortunately while on their lunch break they don't have any additional employees to assist guest. OK... They also don't have a notary present. The personal banker who handled my business with my joint account, stated his boss may or may not have a notary liscense but even if He did, he wouldn't help us... Unacceptable. I was given the paper work to go somewhere else to have it notarized. Although the personal banker was friendly, the customer service is poor here as far as the duration of time spent waiting, lack of welcome or greeting, and having no notary present or effort taken to even see if the ONE notary that may have a license can help us. (I was told the notary they had left the company over a year ago... Should of had another employee get their liscense by now)!"
"Very poor customer experience. I have credit cards, checking and savings account with them for a while and now wanted to talk about investing money and potentially buying real estate, so I had two appointments scheduled with them. First appointment with one of their VPs, who was 30 minutes late for the appointment, second appointment with someone from real estate / mortgage, who just did not show up to the appointment. In both cases they had my contact details so that they could have informed me upfront that they have to postpone, but nothing. Very disappointed. Will move my accounts to a bank where my time and money is more valued."
