"In my experience with td bank I visited two branches Td bank 149st bronx, and third ave East side to make a wire transfer it took me more than 3 hours on the line (without exaggerating anything) I lost half of my day making a transaction, i can make in 10 min .. reading the reviews of the other branches in all of them is the same. They should give better service right now I have my 3 accounts in this bank"

"My bank account was stolen so I went to the local branch to close the account before any other unauthorized purchases went through. One of the employees refused to help because they said they are closing soon and there was nothing he can do and to come back tomorrow. I waited for someone else to help for a little over 20 minutes and still received no help. I highly recommend going to another branch. The employees here were very dismissive. Worst customer service. Chose to close my TD accounts and move to another bank thanks to them."

"I understand and appreciate that these are challenging times. The TD Bank website says they are open weekdays 9:30AM - 1:00PM. Today, I hired someone to cover my office while I did the banking. I got to the bank at 12:24PM. There was a relatively short line outside. Less than 10 people. The guard was telling people that the line was closed, and that only the first 6 people on line would be served! Someone on line asked to speak with a manager. Someone in a suit came out and simply said, "We are only taking 6 people." Folks yelled that the website said they were open until 1:00PM. Man in suit wasn't budging. He went back into the bank. Folks were not happy, and another man in a suit came out, and gave the robot line that no more people would be served. He went back into the bank. Then a woman in a suit came out, and said the same thing. I calmly tried to explain that I had hired someone to watch my office so I could do the banking. No one would make eye contact with me. I wasn't screaming. I was very calm. An establishment that advertises itself as "America's most convenient bank." and cuts off the line to people who are on it before the store closes, should take its own inventory of how to live up to what it advertises, or put a disclaimer that it closes at 1:00PM, but you should be on line no later than 11:00AM because they might change their mind! Unfortunately, I need TD Bank more than TD Bank needs me. Today, I experienced TD Bank as America's inconvenient bank."
