"Another small bank fail. Options for small banking in the UES are terrible, another example here. Everyone I have spoken to there is very hard to understand. Managers not informed on their own banking products. Supposedly, I had to go down to the East Village to find out about HSA accounts, not because this person would know more about it but because being the only person to ever open one up maybe she knew how and some things about it. Some time ago They also supposedly helped us open up an account but committed two errors in the set up. One being the name (which the manager said, who cares it's wrong.. umm I care!) and the other accepting a payment which we were told was okay only to then be penalized the deposit which was their mistake because it was deposited under their guidance."
