"I went to open a new checking account and I asked the person specifically to use the promo code. I asked her 5 times and even after the account was opened I asked her did you do it? She said yes and I later found out she never put it. I had to call Bank of America be on hold for 35 min and they put the promo code. Why would you have a promo code if you don’t want us to use it? I am very disappointed and I later saw the ratings of this place. It was just a waste of time honestly."
