"Literally no means to deposit quarters as they do not have quarter envelopes and refuse to accept loose quarters. They jever have sufficient envelopes for any denomination so you are left with a bank that fails in basic services."

"This has to be one of my worst experiences EVER in any branch. Let me say I have been dealing with other citibank branches and never had an issue. They changed a certain procedure without posting what the new procedure would be. That is very unprofessional. So I asked to speak to the manager and I WAITED 50 MINUTES to speak to a Mr Antigua and he never appeared. I never write reviews but this whole experience disgusted me so much I had to say something. So people if you can avoid this citibank branch located on 116 st and first Ave DO IT!!!!!!!!"
