"The best branch by far. I needed assistance with locating a money order I purchased a year ago. I had thrown out my receipt, so when I walked in to transact, I inquired from the lovely greeter, if it was possible to locate a money order without the receipt. She responded with a confident yes. I walked in today and she had a banker, Mr. Ponce assist me. This young man did his utmost best to locate such money order.. he found it , saved me 200$ and issued me another one. Kudos to the staff at this branch. They are a wonderful bunch of folks.!!!!!"

"This Chase is by 96th and Broadway. During business hours, expect the very best. Of everything. I never went to after hours ATMs."

"I visited this branch hoping to cash out a check. I don’t have an account with chase but usually when I visit other branches the managers are very polite and waive the cashing fee. I asked to speak to the manager to see if it was possible to waive the fee, at this particular location. The manager greeted me with an attitude and spoke to the teller, who had assisted me initially, in an inappropriate manner. I expected a professional, well mannered person, as I always do in the various locations I’ve gone to. This experience was unacceptable. Ms.Towers, the “manager” was by far the most rude person I have encountered at any bank. She practically laughed off my asking if she could wave the fee. I felt humiliated and embarrassed and heard her making remarks about me to the tellers. I was looking into going with chase for my business banking needs as I’ve heard good things. But this encounter suggested otherwise. I now plan to go with another bank since I now see the type of manager chase allows to run the location nearest to my business."

"I went to this location on two separate occasions in the past couple of days, and both times the tellers were incredibly unprofessional and demeaning. Both refused to listen to my questions and spoke over me, explaining to me what I already perfectly understood. Both belittled and mocked me as I tried to explain my situation. When I asked to make an appointment for the following day, I was interrogated and derided with the teller raising her voice, causing a scene in the lobby. I have never experienced such strong disregard to a customer before, and the communicative and organisational negligence shown by those two Chase employees was truly unparalleled. I have worked with other Chase tellers before and had wonderful and helpful experiences, but this has made me seriously reconsider where I want to keep my money and where I am valued. I couldn't recommend a Chase location less."
