"This is the worst bank in America do not open an account"
"I really wish that I could applaud this branch for their customer service, but every time I go in there to solve a problem I am met with intense resistance. Instead of following the cardinal rules of customer service and trying to solve my issues, I’m met with lack of knowledge and an inability to work through any problems. I’m constantly told no, I’m charged hidden fees, I’m faced with breakdowns in their internal communications... it’s truly mind blowing. I have to carve out hours of my day each time I need to go to the bank, because I know it’s going to be a whole fiasco. I’ve banked with them for over a decade, but I think that between the issues with the corporation as a whole and the seemingly lack of desire to put in more than a nominal amount of effort by the staff at this branch, it’s time to take my service elsewhere."
