"Ruben is a fantastic help! Efficient and thorough and helped me through several issues I was curious about. Lovely office."
"Chase, I've been a customer for MANY years. Personal and business. I was recently convinced by one of your sales people to sign up for check fraud security. Now EVERY payment and EVERY check is being denied and rejected. Despite clearing names for ACH payments, they are being rejected. I'm trying to run a business and I now have vendors reaching out to me daily about unfulfilled payments. I'm getting hit with 2 $50 fees because their banks rejected my checks. In this technological day and age are you REALLY telling me that your system can't SEE that I've been paying X company for YEARS? YEARS..!!!!!!! And how about the simplicity of sending a text or email asking if I approve X charge to X company..? Your system sends me an email every time I make a bill payment over $150. Why can't your system ask me if I approve a check or ACH payment? Please Chase, please...get your technology together."
"Terrible F service at this branch. You come in and NO ONE acknowledges you until you start roaming around to get someone’s attention, then they have you wait FOREVER IN AN EMPTY BANK, today is February the 14th 2024 at 1:00pm (been sitting for 45 minutes now) and there is NO ONE HERE, so why do I have to wait so long for? When I went to complain about how long I was waiting I was told to wait some more that they’d be with me ”shortly” (add 15 extra minutes), when they finally called me in I was serviced by an extremely unprofessional white person named allegedly Anthony Tauriela who says he’s the assistant vice president of the branch who instead of apologizing for the issue and my complaint, he was laughing about it, being extremely condescending and unprofessional towards me which made me feel discriminated against (I am a poc) because apparently my business is not important enough for me to be treated with respect regardless of me voicing my complaints, that’s why having some type of customer service skills in a customer facing environment is so important but apparently not for Chase bank cause this guy couldn’t show me any harder how little he cared about my business and customer experience, this guy just continued laughing at me the entire time trying to provoke me like it was a game, up to this date I had never had such a negative experience with Chase or any other bank where Ive been serviced so it was most likely a race thing because this guy was entitled and made NO EFFORT to apologize, kept saying how he’s trying to help me while cracking up, again, found my complaint hilarious because he was laughing the entire time and was trying to go back and forth disrespecting me and treating me like less than. If having no customer service skills and mistreating customers is what this particular branch seeks in order to operate, they have succeeded admirably by hiring this Anthony guy to represent their business. They way I was treated at this particular branch made me want to just be done with Chase altogether, if I didn’t have to be at the airport in an hour and if my dd wasn’t coming I would have canceled everything on the spot because even if right now my business with this bank is small, I will keep this experience in mind for its big and avoid them like the plague. As soon as I can will 100% close my remaining business with this bank."
"I have 4 credit cards and multiple bank accounts with Chase. They have zero respect or desire to help customers at this location. To get a single document Notarized you have to make an appointment at least a week out. I was able to go to Bank of America where I dont even have an account and they did it for free the same day."
"It's pretty hard to leave a one star rating for a commercial bank which all you do with them is simple banking but somehow this branch of Chase was able to pull it off. I walked in for a simple banking request which customer service had directed to go to the bank for. I stayed in line to see one of the bankers, when a chase employee asked me what I needed. I explained it and she told me to stay in a different line to get to one of the cashiers. I stood in line for a while and when I got there the cashier told me I should see a banker and now it's too late to see one and I should come back on a different day. I explained I was in the right line and your colleague (I pointed to her) asked to stand here. All I got from the cashier was a polite "tough luck". As much as the cashier was nice, it didn't compensate for my wasted time and lack of ownership on fixing a mistake that they had done. Mistakes happen, not fixing them because we are close to the end of the day and we can't own up to our mistakes."
