"B of A stinks, but this branch is one of the worst. You can't enter and even think. They have "greeters" in there that want to know why you're there, all up in your face. How about I want to count my money in a safe place before asking to break large bills into small bills? Oh, I can't because I just work for a multi-billion dollar B of A client. I can't actually get change "because I don't have a personal account with them" even though its for the client! The greeters hover over you like corporate flies swarm over government bail out manure."
"Bad experience. The teller didn’t know how to use his scanner to deposit a check into my account. The manager, Steven, if I remember well, is cold, unwilling to help and borderline rude. Amazing. Fabien"
"After being a BofA customer for over 20 years, my repeated bad experiences at this location has culminated in me closing all my accounts and moving to Chase. The “greeters” at the door are usually quite rude and do nothing. There is rarely more than one teller open yet 4-10 people walking around doing nothing. The manager, Steven, provides whatever the opposite of customer service is. One of the Merrill Lynch folks, Michael, deposited a check of mine in the wrong account and the. Told me he could fix it, had me wait 30 minutes to tell me he can’t actually fix it. I’ve caught them in lies trying to avoid doing actual work or to avoid having the area managers find about how badly they messed up. I had my business accounts, checking and savings with them and all are not closed. This branch is an example of the people BofA now hires: young, inexperienced, rude and entitled fools because they cost less to employ than the folks they have laid off over the last decade. Bank elsewhere, if you have to go to BofA, however, go to 72nd and 1st or 75th and Lex for your own sanity."
"Ruth Auguste & John Mendez You two are rockstars! You saw how I was struggling on Friday with transfers and transaction limits and etc, you saw me on Monday and personally helped me. Thats professional customer service ! I appreciate that!"
"Worst Bank of America ever. 1 teller on a busy Monday. Staff walking around looking lost. Over the top friendly manager who walks around with his iPad. Ridiculous!! So happy I left & joined chase. Last time you will see me in this bank."
