Chase Bank

"I must say that this branch employs a bunch of lazy folks. I went in to ask if there was any way to locate a money order I had purchased a year ago. From the teller to the personal banker, they refused to help informing me without a receipt they can not do anything. I say lazy folks because I walked into branch 61 on 95 n Broadway and they were more than happy and eager to help, mind you, they found the original money order stopped payment and issued me another one. All without the receipt.so if you read this stay away from the branch on 109 and Broadway they will not lift a finger to help you.what a shame!!!!"

"Do not use their ATMs! I got charged and simply did not get the cash, when calling the number customer service is not able to do anything about it because the card was not Chase, even though I am a Chase customer. Other people got the same problem right after me."

"It’s Sunday, September 3rd, 2023 at 3 PM. There are seven ATMs inside and only one it’s working. There’s no AC and it’s 90+ degrees outside. Long line of customers enduring 90+ degree temperatures. Please do something."

"I want to thank Norah Chaikatisha, Chase Banker, and Lily, who both work in the Chase branch at 2824-26 Broadway, New York, NY for their outstanding professionalism and assistance. On Saturday, July 1, 2023, I went to Chase to purchase several cashier's checks for my apartment closing. Norah walked me through the entire process and assisted Lily, who completed the transaction. They were courteous and thorough, carefully explaining everything to me. I really appreciated their help, and I think they are truly outstanding employees."

"Just spent 15 minutes knocking this glass to get this night time "security's" attention because the card scanner to open the door was not working, making it impossible to access the ATM. He ignored my plight, continued to clip his nails, play on his cell phone, insisting I use the card and ignoring that the scanner did not work. He finally got up and told me to learn to use the door, that he's not a doorman, etc., threatened to call the police which I he had. This is this most abhorrent behavior I've witnessed at a Chase Bank and it's a poor reflection on the branch."
