"The tellers here are some of the most unprofessional people I’ve encountered. Why are you speaking down to customers? Why is no one ever greeted with a smile? Is it because this is a “Black” area and that means it doesn’t deserve the same level of customer service as other locations in Manhattan? Clearly no accountability from the management, because they love being rude even more. I cannot wait to follow up with customer service about my experience. Wells Fargo has made it less and less appealing to bank with them over the years. This terrible customer service is not helping their case. Despicable."

"Very bad experience at this place. I was waiting for the banker around two hours, while he was in his office without any customer making jokes and laughing with his phone. At the end I had to leave without any help. The girls in the front are very nice, but the service from the banker was horrible."

"Horrible customer service, We came 10:26 AM. the last customer for the banker was 10:45 AM he was without anybody and doing nothing. When I ask to help me with my request at 11.30 AM He told me 15 minutes more 11:45 AM I'll be with you. 11.48 AM I leaving because nobody help me."
