"I had appointment this morning at 10:00 AM with Rodney Finney. SR. Today July 8, 2024. But the banker Rodney not here in office and they have a security guy who doesn’t understand English at all . I had to leave without any service that’s crazy."
"I opened an account because they convinced me that the M&T MoneySmart would be a good replacement for tracking all my finances when Mint shut down, but it's been an overall bad experience. Their website is super clunky -- I can't even fund my account electronically until my debit card arrives in 10 business days. The communication after opening my account has been lackluster -- it keeps encouraging me to do things, like fund my M&T bank account, which I cannot do until my debit card arrives. If I actually had needed a new bank account, this would've been a horrible choice. I will probably close my account because the user experience of M&T bank is terrible and they don't seem to be offering any of the services they touted."
