"This location is great, but the parking lot gets crowded. Google showed the location as busy but there was no wait on a Thursday at 12 noon. Staff was friendly. This location doesn't have a Notary but you can get one at the Bay Terrace location or at Raindew Supermarket a few blocks away - one of the pharmacists is a notary. If you are depositing cash at the teller and you have your debit card, you don't need to fill out a deposit slip."

"They have parking on 2 sides which helps a lot- 1 side is shared with other businesses and the other is just for them. I was helped by Jin who walked me through understanding what kind of savings account I had and what I needed to prevent charges, etc. He then walked me over to Nadine who assisted in giving me a cashier's check from my savings bank at no charge(8.00) due to the pandemic. That's a big help. She also answered my questions. Overall, I found the branch inviting and the employees knowledgeable. It also helped that they were willing to work with me and were very patient. I will go back should I need other services."
