"I’ve been living in Harlan for 10 years I’ve been dealing with this chase bank are people are kind, but it’s filthy and it’s a disgrace to the neighborhood. Because we live in an area that wealthy people don’t reside doesn’t give you the excuse to be lazy and not to keep your area clean it just shows you don’t care if you don’t care about the way you look about your environment, then how do you care about my money? I posted some photos how to show how disgusting the counters are where you put your money especially during a time during a pandemic. I’ve asked the manager and she said they will mention it, and nobody cleaned anything so now I’m posting this and letting the entire city know how disgusting this chase really is."

"Over an hour to open a bank account is outrageous. Service at this branch is slower than molasses in January. This branch is obviously understaffed.This branch needs better and quicker service. The only saving grace from 1 stars review is friendly and pleasant staff. Also, good convenience due to numerous branches throughout the region. Expect slow service if you do business here."
