"Worst customer service. Branch duty manager Emily did not have base knowledge about Chase products, services and locate correct financial advisor.. Very bad attitude to cover up her poor product knowledge. Bank branch manager Wendy called and saying Chase has too many products so her shift manager would not know. Very embarrassing excuse as a bank branch manager. People may not know everything that is understandable however the best way to assist customer is to find proper department or person who can handle since they have a capability to search employee who handles asset management. Very disappointed. Don’t see them trying to make an effort to assist. As you guys see now we know why they have 2.8 average on review. Shame…"
