"Place sucks, 8 windows available and most of the time only one cashier open, waiting lines go for ever in top of that the financial service have around 6 desk to help with investment and so on services, last Thursday went by to do some business and one of the 2 available ( I said 2) told me that I have to wait 2 hours, after 2 hours and half I contact the same person and I was told that she has customers with appointment before me , I left the bank ."

"Awful experience. I went to open up a small business account. I did not have my Social Security card with me so Mrs. B. Perez (the representative) put my paperwork aside and assured me that I could email a copy of my card and she would process the paper work for opening the account. I emailed the information to her and she confirmed receipt. After two weeks, I hadn't heard anything about the status of the account. I then left her an email inquiring. She replied, "Sorry, I've been busy but I will process your paperwork immediately". Another week went by and NOTHING! I returned to the location and dropped a note to her asking her to please contact me via email or cell to let me know the status of the account opening. Close to three weeks later, I have not heard back from her. No email. No call and no consideration for my business. This is not professional and I feel totally disregarded as a customer."
