"My mother has been going to this branch for a while and customer service has always been great to her however recently she visited and needed help with a case and Daisy Torres has continued to dismiss her and not helping her with her case. It’s very clear that she does not give every client the same attention and attitude, I noticed with clients before hand she greeted them and offered them help with a good attitude. My mother has never been disrespectful when continuing to ask for answers or help so it was unfortunate that this employee continues to disregard her concerns."
