TD Bank 1864 Williamsbridge Road, The Bronx, New York 10461,

"Worst experience ever and service, l booked my appointment 2.30 pm,I arrived on time.but I waiting more than 1 hour.its disappointing,they said they are busy with the other person.so my question is what is the necessary for the appointment if you have to wait more than 1 hour.they calling kiosk appointment but not me,why…if there employee are busy with others they can forward me to other.its just wasting of time.dnt come on this branch.if possible dnt open an account on td bank"

"I wish zero stars would be allowed. Extremely rude manager there. Don't know if theres multiple ones but the middle age lady there needs some therapy or something. She has an attitude like she owns the place, she thinks us the customer are begging for help and still she straight up denies any assistance if she feels like it, which is exactly what happened to us on three different occasions. If a regional manager is reading this, PLEASE send her on a prolonged vacation so we can come into the bank and be assisted with a little bit more decency."

"I came to this bank at 11:00am and it was so poorly managed. There were only two tellers and one of them was new. There was a huge line with only one person knowing how to do their job. The customer service department had only one person running the bank, they had 5 offices open. And only Jasmine was available. We will not accept this type of behavior from TD bank. Thank you Jasmine from Ahmed !! We really appreciate your help!! She was working by herself!! Can’t express my gratitude enough."

Highly recommend this branch as well as it is nice and clean and big. Can’t say enough about a Nadine and her knowledge and expertise at this location. "This review is for Jasmina. I frequent this TD bank very often, every single time I go there Jasmina has always gone above and beyond to ensure that everything is taken care of. There have been many times I’ve went and she was the ONLY customer service representative that was working (not the tellers). There was about of 7/8 people after me and she did everything she could to help assist all of us in a timely manner. I needed copies of all the checks I’ve deposited into my business account and she was so patient with me as I needed a whole year of them. This TD bank needs more customer service reps, specifically ones like her! Thank you Jasmina!!!"
