"I HATE THIS BANK!!!! Now the tellers machines never work. Theres always a long wait...usually only one teller waiting on customers. The Citibank Reps are always trying to direct you to the ATM. Theres always a long line. Especially in the morning and the Manager, Rafael makes nothing but excuses for there always being a problem for understaffing and/or with people who aren't trained. I wonder why theres so much better service in the affluent neighborhoods. I wont come back to this location."

"Most women at places like this just want to look cute and do a minimal amount of work. Just walked out of there after having an issue with the ATM. It dispensed my money but got stuck in the machine as the trap door kept closing and opening. So I’m trying to wave the lady down while staying near the machine so no one would try to use it and she sees me immediately but puts her head down and tries to cover her face while laughing with a coworker. So I went to go talk to the coworker who she was laughing with about the issue and she acts like she can’t understand what my issue is. Fortunately another worker was able to help me without any further problems. It’s a shame the girl at the third window with the yellow sweater and the navy blue headband would do something like that, I wonder how would she react if another bank teller did the same thing to her."

"When I was seriously considering whether or not to open a business checking account at this particular branch the decision not to4 so was easily made after experiencing terrible customer-service. Although the surrounding community is very culturally diverse the majority this branches employees were from Dominican decent and appeared to be absently biased towards its non-Dominican customers. I witnessed one particular customer openly complain about two Dominican customers being serviced before her. The explanation was that since they wera limited with their English and primarily spoke Spanish they provided them with a Spanish speaking employee. This was totally absurd where basically the entire staff spoke Spanish."
