"I used to live in the area, and during that time, this was my go to branch, I recently was in the area again and had a quick need for a withdrawal, so I popped in, and I found to my happy surprise, that there still is a very pleasant environment here. There still is a pleasantry about the place, from the helpfulness of the staff here, to even the greeting and farewell to the accommodating help given."

"Poor management, they do not concur with information, and they don’t give your money. It take 7 business days for a check to be valid, and it’s not even flexible, other banks are right there when you need them."

"Ignore those other low ratings. I have been a customer here since before the branch was rebuilt and seen 10+ years of perfect customer service. Frank has helped me a number of times and is always efficient and courteous. Never could i say one negative about any clerk or teller. If you dont care for this Valley bank, try any of the others and that is that. I will surely be enjoying their wonderful customer service right here for years to come."

"Do not use their ATMs. If you enter your PIN incorrect by mistake (humans make mistakes every now and then), the ATM will eat your card and they distroy the card next day. What an inconvenience! Who should I talk to when the bank is closed? What if someone is travelling? Its 2018 and about to be 2019. All other ATMs returns the card back to cardholders after transaction is completed. Not this one!"
