"I regret to say that my experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. This company's complete lack of professionalism and utter disregard for customer service is beyond belief. First and foremost, they promised me the world when I signed up for their insurance, but when I needed them the most, they vanished into thin air. Continuously hanging up when there was a issue that I didn’t even create . They claim that they told me there was a grace period which was a utter lie . Grace herself was not a “grace” to work with . Her staff was also horrendous to deal with and at the end of the day I ended up with a big issue with my insurance company Avoid at all costs … go anywhere else or just go online call the toll free numbers on the website . But avoid grace and her team at all costs ."
