"Another broker joker pretending to be a direct lender saying they have a good reputation in the industry - but the reality is they will steal your deals. No remorse, no desire to get to the bottom of it, they just say "it is what it is." We sent a submission on 2/28/19 and our borrower had been contacted by Samantha from their sales team shortly there after. She told them she has an approval for them and tried to steal our deal. Meanwhile, our ISO rep is emailing us back and forth asking for documents in an attempt to buy Samantha time to close the deal. It would be terrifying if we didn't already have the borrower locked in with us but the bottom line is this... Blue Rock is not a direct lender and they steal deals from their ISOs. You really shouldn't be submitting deals to a broker anyways but they pretend to be direct lenders so I am sure many people made this mistake in the past. Hopefully this will prevent people from making the same mistake that we made - don't sign up with a broker to send your deals to as they are not responsible nor are they going to do the right thing. They are only interested in their commission, not your borrower, and not you."
