"I will never ever use these ATM machines again. People who worked there are fraud. I wanted to withdraw the amount of money I had on the ATM machine and I never received the amount of money I had. So I ask the staff if they can help me find solutions and all they said to me was to call the customer service and the call didn't gave me solutions either so that made me super angry. The bank stoled my money. I will never trust these machines ever again!!!! Why didn't the Citibank post a sign saying “Machine is out of order” That's stupidddd!!!! I should sue them!!"
