"I changed my one star to 3 because of the end result of my experience at this branch on my visit on June 1st between 10:30am and 11:30am. Lack of Communication while we waited over 30 minutes after being told to go back and forth in different lines multiple times . Supervisor Elizabeth Gonzales was unapologetic and nonchalant about myself and other customers’ experience. The only male teller on duty at the time which I had the displeasure of interacting with was no better. I did however, had the pleasure of completing my transaction with Yanet (apologies if I misspelt). She apologized on behalf of her team members and acknowledged that they could have handled the situation better. I totally agree that there are times institutions are short staffed, BUT communication is KEY!!"

"Wouldn’t even take the time to listen to a basic question regarding opening an account for someone new to the country. They shut the business down for the day at 4:00pm when it is open until 5:00pm. Now only accepting appointments they say…even to ask a question at the teller… I hope that none of the employees or their families are subjected to such deplorable lack of service."
"I've seen bank robbers give better customer service. The machine to scan my card and let me into the bank at night to use the ATM does not work. The bank is only open when everyone is at work lol. Avoid the bank and stay home and start a family, do yoga, or anything else. Not worth the trouble coming here."
