"Unhappy customer! I had an ATM at this location take my money during a cash deposit and shut down during the transaction! I panicked and immediately went inside the branch to speak to a branch manager who informed me there was an hour's wait to talk to someone about the situation. She advised that I call the number on the receipt to speak to a representative who would put in a claim for the problem and that I would take the exact steps that branch personnel would be doing. She ensured money would be credited to my account. I immediately filed a claim with the ATM cash deposit receipt, and the claims department has yet to issue me a credit for my $1,000 cash deposit! This is fraudulent!! It is 2024, and an organization of this magnitude, such as Chase, should have more than available resources to investigate and credit the customer their hard-earned money immediately! Be wary of Chase with your money and this location ATM’s!"

"Manager, Debra, and all the tellers are not client friendly. We have a business account there. They refuse to explain why we cant cash a check, being a signer, even with it being under $2,000. We had no problems every other week doing this for years. Now, they refuse to explain why. Even with our Relationship Advisor on the phone with the branch manager Debra."

"Today 8/8/2018.....only one teller at 11 am was operating.... a Wednesday of the week. It was not rush hour and the line reached outside the door. It is unacceptable! I always thought chase was better than Citibank in all ways but after today, I have my doubts. I waited more than 30 minutes to get to the teller. I'm considering closing my account with chase and moving to Citibank."

"I have to go in to this bank at least once a week . Every time I go to this bank they only have 1 teller, and some of their staffs are rude and really have serious attitude. Once in a while you get a nice one. The sad part is we have been doing business with this bank for like 13 years now maybe more, and you can really see how it just gets worst and worst every year. It's very sad cause they used to be so good and their staff used to be so nice."

"I have been insulted and verbally threatened by one of the customers that wanted to cut in front of me in the line. While she was threatening me and screaming at me not one worker said anything to her. Everybody were quiet and proceeded with their regular routine like nothing was happening."
