"The area surrounding this branch is extremely crowded, and the bank is notably short-staffed. Unfortunately, this is one of the less efficient Bank of America branches in North America. Without an appointment, expect to spend hours completing even simple tasks. Attempts to address these issues with the branch manager resulted in a dismissive response. I would not recommend visiting this branch."
"This Branch is almost always understaffed, low quality service where it appears evident they could not care less , why have a business clients line if it is literally never staffed?..big difference from the level of service you receive at other branches of BoFA"
"CHASE BANK IS MUCH BETTER. At Bank of America they are ZERO PROFESSIONALS. I spent an hour and 20 minutes holding the line while they took me through different departments. The person who was supposed to help me left me waiting for 30 minutes, he never came back to help me and I had to hang up. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT YOU WHEN YOU HAVE TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT. Then they never pay attention to you."
"Service at this business center is unbelievably poor and quite often the banking center will be closed without any prior notice. On Aug 15th (Monday) all the staff were present but our deposits were not accepted at the teller counter stating that there are shortage (!) of staff. On Aug 16th (Tuesday) the business center was not open again and we have to scramble to another center as there are some deposits to be made by the day. This incident is not a "once in a year or so" event, quite often the staff will not be there many services. In fact this neighborhood has lot of small business and most of them use BOA. Hope, someone at BOA will address this grave concern to help the customers. Lousy service.. No sign outside, again today 01-17-24 no service."
"I entered this branch today at 1:30, 30 minutes prior to the 2:00 pm closing time. Upon reaching the teller window I was told they could not help me (interesting choice of words) when I asked why, I was told "we decided to close early today". When asked why again I was told because "we want to". It's inconceivable to me that the associates in this branch can be that disrespectful, discourteous and just not care about their careers, their performance, BOA and certainly not the customers. Unbelievable and sad that once again a national bank brand allows such behavior in a predominantly minority neighborhood."
