"Claudia and her manager Clara gave me a HARD time. PLEASE DO NOT go in there if you don't need to. Or watch out for those. I am more upset at the fact I can't give them 0 start"
"Angela was amazing and so helpful! She took care of me. This location has friendly staff and is very attentive to customer needs"
"I came to the local branch after Chase online services turned out to be useless. It turns out the local branch is also useless. And when I say useless I mean: you can put your money in, but you can’t use it to pay people. For several weeks, Chase online repeatedly failed to issue a bank check to my payee, but didn’t even notify me that they wouldn’t pay it. Repeated calls would not resolve it, and I ended up in trouble for not paying a contractor. All my other transactions went through. No explanation was provided. Under pressure to resolve the payment, I came to my local branch, where I opened these accounts. I’ve had Chase accounts for well over 20 years. Here at the branch, I requested a wire transfer to my payee personally, and the transaction was supervised by the Branch Manager, Carla, directly. This was to make sure the funds were transferred quickly to the recipient who had been waiting over a month already. Several days later, the payee notified me that they still hadn’t been paid. I called our local Chase branch here and left a message that I needed a call back immediately. No one called. It has now been a week since the wire was initiated. No funds have been transferred. Now I am here at the branch to resolve this. But the branch manager isn’t here today. So there is no manager. And the best that any of the other employees can do is to call the very same number I call for customer service. They are now giving this nice and earnest but wholly un-enpowered employee the exact same non-answers that I can get myself on the phone. I am involving state agencies and taking legal action and of course, closing the account. No institution, public or private, can just take your money and refuse, for over a month, to disburse it to valid recipients, without clear explanation and rationale. But based on what I’m experiencing here, you would have to be an idiot to deposit your money here, with any expectation that you will be able to use it to pay anyone, or get any help from anyone to do so. Avoid Chase altogether and don’t be fooled by the notion of a local branch that is just a front end for the same phone systems you have at home. No one is here to help you."
"The staff are useless fools... The ATM stole my money and gave me a number to call."
