"The doors to get into ATM are always broke,I know chase has nothing to do with homeless people,but somehow one was sleeping inside. And doors wouldn't open until he let us in"

"If there was a grade below one for this bank I would give it. I called the bank because of an email that I had received from them. I was rudely spoken to by a representative there, I believe from their 1-800# Chase, you have no idea what you have done, but you will grovel to me one of these days. I will never, ever do ANY business with chase ever again. Your representatives at your corporate offices has no manners. I hope you know that I do NOT forgive or forget. This bank sucks, you all will soon be sitting at home with nothing to do."

"Today I came in to use the ATM machines and let me tell you this is the only chase back I've ever been too that has the smallest ATM space in banking history and I've been to many chase atm's all over New York City that were much larger and had way more room than this one they had 3 atms machines at this chase bank but only 1 was actually working and when i walked in the ATM spacing was really bad they were 8 people in there waiting to use 1 ATM Machine with 4 people waiting outside to have room to Come in and use the ATM Machine this branch really need to make they're ATM section much larger if anyone wishes to be cramped in maybe squashed just to use the ATM in this chase you might as well use the bank itself when it's opened I'm not using this ATM location ever again when I come around here again unless there's room to go inside use the ATM here this one is the smallest most cramped up space chase bank ATM I've ever used if anyone doesn't believe me come to this chase bank. Location and see for. Yourself how small it really is it's unbelievable"

"They never pick up the phone (for days & weeks) and when we go in person the customer service is terrible. im sure headquarters at chase have no idea whats going on and that customers are not being tend to over the phone or in person in a timely manner."
