"Submit and application, have your credit checked. Schedule a call using their online system that doesn’t actually exist, and speak to someone else at the call time who promises to relay the information to the correct person. Complete online documents and requirements, then receive repeated calls during the workday for “more information”. Call back only to find out that they want the same information you already spent 15 minutes going over with the last employee (that was supposed to be this employee, since the scheduled call apparently didn’t exist). Find out that they actually can’t count your 1099 income until you file this years taxes (totally valid but could have been shared in the first call). Deal with employee who really likes to argue with a rude attitude instead of using customer service to apologize for miscommunications. 45 - 60 minutes of wasted time later, cancel application with a new mark on your credit report for no reason. Really disappointed with the miscommunication and attitude I received from this company."

"Jacob made the loan process stressful and strenuous. This was my second time and the first time was smooth. Jacob was unfriendly and made the whole experience unpleasant his manner in the way he spoke was very rude. My one star is for him . One main is great just ask for someone else."

"I made a phone appointment with Jacob on Thursday 10/19/2023 at 11am, it’s now Saturday and he never called me. I called several times Thursday and Friday. I kept being told that he was with someone and would call me when he was done. Needless to say I never received that call. The phone appointments are not as important as the in person appointments so I would advise everyone to go inside the branch. Why have phone appointments if you are not going to keep them?"

"Advertisement is false they really don't come to a quick decision I'm currently on my second day waiting for a decision and now the weekend is here that means two more days to wait loan agent said they would return my call at this point I got a better chance of hearing from Santa this company is not the place for an emergency loan or if you're in a pinch I will update review after the end result of this process to post overall time and experience wasted UPDATE:3 more days have passed and application is still pending I do wonder how long does it take to review information and make a decision"
