"Very unhelpful when I came to do a wire transfer. They recommended I do it myself online. Manager said she was too busy to speak; overall understaffed and disrespectful. I’ve been a customer for nearly a decade and expected better service, which I received at other branches. Will skip out on this location."

"I will never come back to this bank ever again. I went to go deposit a settlement check worth a lot of money. The teller that was helping me was very rude. I asked her some questions because I've never deposited this much money before. She looked at me like I was dumb and answered my questions with an attitude."

I simply wanted to send a wire to a Merrill Lynch account and not only did I have to wait for an inordinate amount of time for a representative they took a customer before me who had literally just walked in to the branch because they said he had an appointment after I had been waiting for over 45 minutes. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I will never go back to this branch again."
