"Interesting concepts at this particular bank. They bring you in through advertisements to give you cash rewards and then enforce time limits in order reach certain goals. Direct deposits sometimes take time to switch over and all of a sudden if you don't fall within their 60-day window you may not get your reward. That's not good. Upon interviewing, they don't thoroughly explain the rules of the game but they want your money. This is not a great concept with people. With all the staff is kind and courteous, they do lack the thoroughness necessary to inform people of pros and cons. Customers do not want to read fine print. They want to be told upfront. There seems to be more management than there are tellers and lines can get long. If deadlines are going to be close, then management should be able to override to make sure that people get their cash rewards. That's good business."

"This is a new bank location that is still under construction. All the other reviews here are actually wrong. They are referring to the Citizens bank located at 2371 Central Park Ave. Again, this bank is still under construction; and is not open for business as of this review. "Went here today to deposit a large check. Was told that the teller was on lunch and that I could come back or use the ATM. When I came back the teller was working with customers as quickly and efficiently as possible but the line was almost out the door. No one else at the branch jumped in to help. I get to the front and my pin won't work. I deposited the check and got my receipt but then needed to talk to one of the managers to reset my pin. This man had the nerve to ask me if I knew my pin. Then when I reset it he acted as if he was doing me a favor. No apologies for any inconvenience, nothing. This is my first and last time dealing with this location. Such a joke. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because of the teller."

"I would give zero stars if I could. This branch does not uphold what is on the bank's website. They actually told me that the website is just " general information." No, that is your corporate website and gives customers and potential customers the information they need to determine whether they want to open an account for you. I was lied to by a banker and now they won't even return my emails about fees that I encourage because of those lies. And forget about getting them on the phone. You could die waiting for someone to pick up at this branch. Once the appropriate time comes. I will close my account. Meanwhile, I will file the appropriate complaints with the proper government agencies. With the proper government agencies."

"Terrible experience, open free business checking. First check deposited was large, and s put on a 90 day hold. Ok, I understand, large check, new account some hold of 14 to 30 days hold is fine, but 3 months, are you kidding me? I was warned about this bank, I guess free checking in not really free. I hope is not some scheme before going out of business. Also, customer support has no clue how their internal stuff works, a different answer each time(guessing). Branch was no help either."
