"Avoid at all costs for your own sanity!!! Hard ot believe such horrible customer service still exists plus lots of errors by the bankers that took months to fix. I am overseas now but as soon as I am back in NJ I will close my account with them and never use city again. EDIT: no one ever picks up the phone there. Don't bother."
"My wife and I went in to open a checking account with a cash bonus. We didn’t have an appointment but the Banker (Ronnie Iodice) was extremely helpful and saw us anyway. He was knowledgeable and efficient. Also the tellers there were very kind and helpful too. I recommend this branch grest staff!"
