"Wednesday, June 5, 2024 went to get cash aT 8:30 am all machines did not have cash. We had to wait until the bank opened and that made me late for work. Service is getting worse. There were 5 people waiting for the bank to open to get cash from their account. This is sad."

"New branch replacing the one next to CVS at 452 mamaroneck avenue. It's a nice Citibank and the location is good, the parking is not as easy as it was at the other Citibank location, and I have to pay to park to use this bank now, way before I could use the parking lot next to CVS without having to pay. So while I like the location I don't like the fact that there's no more free parking."
