"I experienced extremely unprofessional behavior from a manager at Wells Fargo who violated customer service standards. This individual was arrogant, attempted to breach privacy, acted beyond his authority, and showed a lack of accountability. When confronted, he was dismissive and displayed a nonchalant attitude. His conduct was definitively unsuitable for his role and was disheartening. This level of poor service is unprecedented in my experience with Wells Fargo. I typically do not provide low ratings for companies, however, this was extremely warranted."
